Description
The evaluation grid for the selection of trainees must be completed by the teacher before sending the students for the training period. This document contains several boxes that the teacher is required to complete by entering a number from 0 to 4 regarding the students' skills.
The grid will then be used by the company in order to choose the most suitable student to cover the proposed job position.
Review

This grid has to be filled in only by teachers who know the candidates well, eg. because they teach (or have been teaching them) them at least 1 hour a week. The teachers will fill in the document and send it back to the coordinator.
