This Section provides access to a collection of testimonials of entrepreneurs and employees focusing on their career and on the skills that they look for when selecting human resources.
The video testimonials aim to enhance VET students’ motivation to complete their studies and to reinforce their understanding of companies expectations as far as human resources selection is concerned.

Main Contents of the Video Lesson
Jonas and Petras Vileišiai School of Kaunas is an education institution with children from 3 till 16 years old (kindergarten, pre-school, primary and lower secondary education). The school has three exclusive education aspects: adapting ICT, developing and propagation of STEAM subjects through researches and social-emotional education.
Daiva Micienė (Vice-Principal for Education in Jonas and Petras Vileišiai School of Kaunas) tells how she begun her career in the school, where she started as mathematics teacher and had several lessons of IT, she narrated what was the influence of Education for her professional career path. Now the school has 5 classrooms fully equipped with tablets, which are dedicated for each pupil with full responsibility for whole school year or more. The school has collaboration with Microsoft and it is one of representative schools in the country which successfully adjust ICT in education process.
