Set of tools with which the VET providers can cooperate with the companies in order to monitor trainees’ experiences and assess and validate their knowledge, skills and competences acquired during the internship.
This assessment tool has been created in the framework of the initiative GORES promoted by Scuola Centrale Formazione (Italy) and funded through the Law 40/87 of the Italian Ministry of Labor.
The assessment tool is part of a Toolkit that aims to promote high quality mobility internships.
The tool is en evaluation grid that hosting companies may use to evaluate the performance of the intern, in terms of learning goals achieved throughout the working placement experience. Each learning gool is structured in Indicators, that allow to measure in a very detailed and specific manner the impact ot the leanring experience on the interns.
The tool can be easily use by the hosting companies at the end of the intership and shared with both VET sending insitutions and interns. Through this tool, each actor will have a clear picture of the learnign goals achieved at the work placement, in terms of job tasks and related competences and skills.
