Set of tools with which the VET providers can cooperate with the companies in order to monitor trainees’ experiences and assess and validate their knowledge, skills and competences acquired during the internship.
The Assistance register has been created by Sistema Practices s.l. ESMOVIA (Spain). It is part of a cluster of tools, used for the efficient management of transnational moblity projects.
It is a register that hosting companies, together with interns, fill in on a daily basis to keep track of the job activities carried out, the attendance and numebr of hours that are spent by interns doing specific tasks.
The register is a common tool for both hosting companies and interns. It can be used from the first day till the last one of the internship, to monitor the development of the learning experience, the attendance of the intern and to ensure that the daily tasks fit with the work program and the expected learning outcomes.
