This Section provides access to a collection of testimonials of entrepreneurs and employees focusing on their career and on the skills that they look for when selecting human resources.
The video testimonials aim to enhance VET students’ motivation to complete their studies and to reinforce their understanding of companies expectations as far as human resources selection is concerned.

Jurgita Jankuvienė, director of Contactus, briefly presents the company which offers a service of Head of Human Resources (HR): personnel search and selection, personnel evaluation and researches of organization, Head of HR consultations regarding staff management. Jurgita Jankuvienė joined the company as employer but just because of the studies which was not related to HR. From the employers, who are the clients of this company, Jurgita Jankuvienė directly hears what are the main characters of applicants. And technical knowledge is not in the first place.
